Simple Flail is a weapon mod that allows you to create your own flail. The way it works is that you have a very long chain, and a very long, flexible handle. The handle is the part that you will use to swing the chain. When you spawn with the "take" option, the chain will be attached to the handle.
This mod can be found in the blunts category. You can use the double-headed flail at your own risk; it will collide with itself a lot and is twice as likely to get stuck in things, so be prepared.
